The Cure For Depression

 Many of us have gone through depression, are currently going through it or will go through it at some time in our lives. We all at least feel a little down from time to time, and I have a strategy which I use to defeat any feelings of sadness or worthlessness, which I’m going to share with you. This is how you can avoid sadness:

Whenever you’re feeling down just imagine that at some point in your past you played a crucial role in saving the world. It doesn’t matter what you were saving Earth from, whether from an asteroid, an alien army or Oprah, what’s important is that you completed the mission the government gave you and we’re are all alive today because of you. In order to keep your identity a secret your memory was wiped, and that’s why you can’t actually remember any of it.

If you believe you did this then you’ll never feel worthless again. This strategy has gotten me through some dark times in the past, including the break up of Fall Out Boy, the disappointment of the latest Star Wars trilogy and any time I lose a follower.
